Thank you to everybody for such a successful and growth-filled 2023 Football and Netball season.

So many developments on and off the field/court. Excitingly, U14 Girls Blue won our very first female football premiership. Whilst Suns Netball continued their dominance with premierships to U15 Bancoora and U13 Southside, Roadknight and White.

The Suns Committee would like to invite all members to the AGM on Sunday the 19th of November, 3pm at the Sands. We will release the yearly report and rundown of club achievements and developments for this year. We will also be taking nominations for all committee positions and expressions of interest for all non-committee positions.

With the support of AFL Barwon, we are well positioned to have both senior football and netball teams in 2025 or 2026. However, for this to become a reality we will need contribution from our members more than ever. If anyone is interested in learning more about the roles listed or in how you can help the Suns continue to thrive, please contact me at president@surfcoastsuns.com.

Nominations for committee positions and expressions of interest for non-committee roles can be emailed to president@surfcoastsuns.com, no later than 5pm November 15th. If no nominations are received for a specific role, only then will nominations be called for from the floor at the AGM.
