The 2021 Committee of the Surf Coast Suns would like to invite all 2021 members to attend our AGM, to be held at a venue to be confirmed.

Please RSVP if you can attend.

This is an important chance for you to have a say in the future direction of your club and hear how the club has been tracking over the past 12 months in what has been a very challenging year.

All committee positions for 2021 will be vacated during the AGM and this is a chance for you to now consider if you would like to nominate for a committee position in 2022.

The Surf Coast Suns Executive Committee consists of the following positions.

President (1)

Vice President Football (1)

Vice President Netball (1)

Secretary (1)

Treasurer (1)

The Surf Coast Suns General Committee consists of the following positions.

Football (2)

Netball (2)

Auskick (1)

NetSetGo (1)

Details on how to nominate are below. If you would like any more information on committee position descriptions please get in touch.

Nominations for the committee should be given in writing and emailed to president@surfcoastsuns.com or admin@surfcoastsuns.com no later than one week prior to the AGM.

If there are not enough nominees for positions available, late nominations will be accepted on the evening of the AGM when called by the residing President.

If there are still not enough nominees for positions available once late nominations have been called, the remainder of the committee will seek to fill these positions at a later date.

If there are more nominations than positions available, then a ballot will be undertaken. Only people aged 18 and over and present at the AGM will be given the chance to vote. You can only vote once for each contested position and only if you have a child who is a member of the Surf Coast Suns FNC.
