Suns News Update
Michael Thomas
The season keeps moving along nicely for all of our Suns families. Auskick and NetSetGo are going really well. We now have 96 kids registered in Auskick which is by far our biggest year yet. Well done to all our volunteers from Auskick and NetSetGo who make each Friday night fun for the kids in our community.
Wanted - Second Hand Footy Boots
One of our awesome NetSetGo families (The Moreton's) are organising a footy boot drive for indigenous kids in the remote community of Nhulunbuy, which is in Arnhem Land Northern Territory. This is a fantastic initiative and would ask all families if they have any footy boots that your kids have outgrown to drop them off to the club after training or games in the next two weeks, so that they can be taken up to Nhulunbuy in late June. Thanks for getting behind this great cause,
Netball
The netball girls continue to improve each week which is great to see. They are becoming more and more competitive and goal scoring has increased each game as well. Great job girls, keep it up.
